Payment and billing data

Stripe processes payment methods, billing addresses, and tax information. EasyBissy stores team-scoped Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, payment status, invoice information, and AI credit records, and shows masked payment-method summaries to authorized team admins. Card numbers and security codes are submitted through Stripe's hosted payment pages; EasyBissy does not store complete card numbers or security codes in its own database.

Data we process

EasyBissy processes account and team data, connected Meta assets, conversation content, tool results, usage, and audit records to provide the team-scoped service. When you request a promotional code, we also process your email address and the code's delivery, expiry, and redemption status. Meta access tokens, promotional codes, and customer BYOK keys are stored using encryption or irreversible hashing.

Promotional trial email

Submitting an email through the promotion form only requests a one-time trial code. It does not subscribe you to a newsletter or provide consent for future marketing. We use the address only to deliver and administer this promotional trial; our email delivery provider processes the data needed to complete delivery. You may request access to or deletion of this data through Support.

Optional General Chat sharing

This setting is off by default. Only after a team owner or admin explicitly opts in may eligible General Chat inputs and outputs be shared with OpenAI for model improvement. Users may refuse without losing core Meta functionality, and new requests stop using the sharing route immediately after withdrawal.

Content excluded from the sharing route

Connected Meta Agent requests, all tool calls, ad-account and performance data, audiences, customer lists, social content, comments, Inbox messages, personal data, tokens, secrets, unpublished creative, and uncertain content always use the private-production project or customer BYOK.

AI provider retention

EasyBissy sends Responses API requests with store:false and keeps conversation state in its own database. store:false is not a claim of Zero Data Retention; unless separate eligibility and contractual controls apply, OpenAI may retain abuse-monitoring data under its API data policy. Access, security, and audit

Every Meta tool execution rechecks team, active team access (promotional trial or subscription), and asset ownership. Public, high-risk, or irreversible actions require owner/admin approval. EasyBissy does not record complete API keys, raw access tokens, promotional codes, or Meta secrets in logs.

Contact and choices

Team admins can enable or withdraw General Chat sharing and choose platform AI or BYOK in AI settings. Contact us through Support to request access, correction, or deletion.
